When you have chosen your design with information and advice from our
craftsmen, you send us a request for a quotation.
We will contact you if we still require further details and then send you a
quotation, together with a timetable for completion of your commission.

On the day work commences, we ask for a deposit from you.
We currently accept cheque payments from the UK.
However, from our formal launch date we shall take
international payments on the Web using a Secure Server.

When we receive your order, we will give you a starting date for work to begin
and a timetable to completion of your work.
A few weeks into the work, we will provide you with a pictorial report of
progress, so that you can see how we are getting on. We will take a picture for you
and send it to you by email or by post.
At any time during the work, feel free to request more information - we will
be happy to provide photos of your commission on request.

As a finishing touch we add a unique hand carved detail.
When work is complete, we will request full payment and send
you a complete pictorial record of your finished work.
We pack up your commission ready for shipping.
Once we have received payment, your completed commission will be dispatched
to you.
