Obviously key to our business are the unique woodcarving talents of Neil Machin. Neil has been interested in carving from a very early age and one of his first pieces was a woodpecker which he carved at the age of 18.

Through the years, while working as an apprenticed carpenter and cabinet maker Neil has kept his carving alive and has created several pieces for different clients, such as an urn which was created as part of a fire-place for a top-class hotel and a kookaburra which was commissioned by an Australian returning home.

In addition to his carving skills, Neil is a master at design being able to see solutions to all kinds of situations. Neil is always willing to

talk about any project you may have in mind and if you would like him to call, just fill let us know on the contact form and he will ring at a time which in convenient to you.

Key to the future of the business is our apprentice - Scott Payne. Scott has been working with Neil for the last eighteen months, whilst studying at Pembrokeshire College. Over the last year and a half, Scott has gathered many skills in joinery and woodcarving and contributes to the design of pieces and has many ideas.

Scott enjoys the finer side of his work and hopes to specialise in the future.

Combined with Alex Machin's computer skills, we feel that our individual talents combine to create a business which combines a quality product with good service.
